Shanghai Grande was the marquee event on Ballet Hawaii’s 2020 calendar. The benefit for Ballet Hawaii promised to transport guests to the golden age of Shanghai. To set the scene, we created an elegant illustration of a couple dressed in the traditional attire of the time. The logo is based on a classic Chinese stamp and the custom geometric pattern was inspired by Chinese architecture.
